Idea Storm Monthly Update - September 2020

Welcome to the Idea Storm update for September 2020. Spring is in full bloom here in South Africa and it feels like the world has come to life.

This month the theme for me has been Purpose. Two organisations that I partner with revolve around purpose. Oxford Leadership's purpose statement is "Transforming Leaders for Good" and believe that leading with purpose delivers higher performance. OpenExO's purpose statement is "Transforming the world for a better future" and believe that every organisations needs to have a Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP).

Purpose of Idea Storm:

The purpose of Idea Storm is to assist people and organisations to transform and thrive, both in the current COVID-19 epidemic, and in the new economy that emerges.

  • Exponential Consultant course

The aim of the event above was to introduce a partnership between Oxford Leadership and OpenExO. Part of this partnership is Oxford Leadership positioning and supporting the OpenExO Exponential Consultant certification.

The Exponential Consultant course will enable organizations and consultants to learn and implement the exponential attributes within their organizations and clients. This will equip them to revolutionize their core business while at the same time creating new products and services with the potential to grow 10x bigger than the current products and services.

The Exponential Consultant course can be tailored for the unique needs of an organization. To start this process email me at lance@ideastorm.co.za. Please also email me if you are a consultant and would like to take the course.

  • Changes to the Idea Storm website

In September I remodeled the homepage of the Idea Storm website. I really hope that you like the new look and feel and find the information you need when visiting the website.

A new offering is a free 30 minute Strategy Session. This will be used to introduce people to the exponential model and give them an understanding on how it can be applied to their organization. To book a free session, or if you know a company who would benefit from it, then you can book me directly at https://calendly.com/ideastorm.

Exponential Technology

I continue to work hard on providing Exponential Technology expertise as I believe it is an essential part of an organizations current and future success.

Every month I put together a summary of exponential technology news stories and videos for the particular month. The one for September 2020 can be found by clicking here and scrolling to the bottom of the page.

I have a section on the Idea Storm website dedicated to exponential technology and so if you have an interest in this it can be found here.

All of this is free of charge and available for you to access and use.
